United States Congress needs to pass legislation that supersedes the State's Rights to drop people from the roles of collecting Unemployment Compensation for frivolous reasons, such as not having enough money to apply for a certain number of jobs in a week, not having computer access, not being able to establish a contact person when some employers do not produce it.
