    Comments: This law is so stupid, if soccer, mini-driving moms can a have a t.v. in the back of their car then we should be able to have lights. There is a law that states no light on a car can shine more then so many feet away from the car, obviously the neon lights don't make it far at all. I hope this petition does something.

    Comments: I think that Neon Underlights are clearly acceptable. I mean, when you're driving down the road and people have their brights on, do cops give them tickets No. What's more distracting, bright lights or some neon red lights -under- a car I mean come on. What a law.

    Comments: I think that law is stupid! You should be able to have those neon lights inside and outside your car as long as there not blinking or anything. Beacause my boyfriend got pulled over by a cop because he had those lights inside his car on the rim of the mirror and the cop said they were illegal! They should be able to make it legal!

    Comments: I have a neon green kit under my 91 z24 and i've been pulled over many times and heard many different amusing reasons why they are illegal, this ones my favorite... ---the color blue is illegal because it belongs to cops, red belongs to ambulance, and green belongs to "Security cars"...wtf is a security car. i swear they just make this shit up

    Comments: you are so right i would be happy to help in anyway i can, i can get about 300-400 cars ready to stage a rally and bring this crap to damn end. If they tax these god damn things you should be able to use them. I have court to go to on 7-23-03 because of this shit!!! It would be great to get as many people as we can and get some lawyers and get justice!!! i live in springfield, va and cops are always on my back i wasted 5k on aftermarket stuff and had to strip my car to almost stock...and ive ended up spendin another grand on tickets alone.... if you need to get in contact me foward all emails to alexsd17@hotmail.com thanks

    Comments: Under Car Lights have never been cited as a cause of an accident. Nor have they ever been reported as impersonation of law enforcement. If anything, these lights make the vehicle more visible just like side reflectors, providing safety in low light conditions.
