The research we have carried out has received answers from adults for the campaign I’m hosting, as most people dislike how the manager can pick what wage you are on, as it seems unfair. Also our research shows that if 16 year olds get paid the same as 18 year olds they would work better and act more mature at work business which overall the work and facilities will be better for everyone in the work place. But I strongly agree that this is wrong and this is why I think 16 year olds should be paid the same as 18 year olds this is an unfair system because the minimum wage is £3.62 for the people under the age of 18 but a person for an age of 18 they’re paid £4.92 which is a massive difference just for a space of 2 years in my opinion this is quite a big difference and I think that it is unfair and should be evenly paid.
