| 939 | diane | Dont live in york region buthave a neighbour whose dog is chained to a clothes line all the time. I phoned Humane Soc & S P C A &they said that as long as the dog had a kennel & was being fed & watered they couldnt do anything. I also spoke to the owners about this but of course got nowhere. I know that THS & SPCA do wonderful job but surely they should step in with this kind of abuse. So glad that people like you are taking a stand on this . By the way I saw you on Animal Housecalls. Keep up the good work! |
