Many weeks ago, Valethar, an ex-senior moderator to the Minecraft Survival Games, now known as the MCGamer Network, was permanently banned for something that did not deserve such punishment. He was silenced on the MCGamer Forums by being IP banned and unable to create a ban dispute to argue his case of why he should be unbanned. Valethar was banned for 'Disrespecting Owner & Making Sarcastic Remarks on the Forums". Sarcastic remarks are not bannable. Nor should they ever be. Valethar was merely stating the lack of posts on the owner, ChadTheDJ's, wall, since a whole page worth of comments and posts was removed regarding a situation with a VIP that was not handled fairly in a lot of people's eyes. This comment was not intended as hostile, insultive or disrespectful in any way, shape or form, and this has resulted in his unfair and unjust punishment of an unban. Valethar deserves to be unbanned. Why? Because he has does a lot for the MCGamer community. Many people know him as he started off as a moderator in July of 2012. He worked hard and did his job well and was regarded as a good moderator by several and was eventually given the promotion of Senior Moderator, only to resign much later on due to several reasons on his own accord. This ban is not only completely unfair as sarcasm is not punishable like this, but it is also unfair because it completely ignores everything Valethar has done for the community and how much time and effort he has put into it out of his own selflessness for the community. Please sign this petition, to let the senior staff and admins of the MCGamer Network know that the punishment was unfair and he deserves a second chance.
