Stipulations go as the following... -All posts must be accepted by a moderator first. -Post count reset -Banned from shoutbox -Personal Messages can be periodically by admin/moderators. Now these are some and they can be added to. This is to ensure the people at PR that I will be ensured to behave. Please sign this petition if you agree that i should be unbanned.
