We are here to petition the permanent ban on Josh Ruby. Mr. Ruby was banned from the Los Angeles ARTCC teamspeak (ts.laartcc.org) by Colin Schoen (DATM) on 01/02/2014. Mr. Ruby has served his time and understands that his actions were uncalled for. This extended ban is unwarranted! On a daily basis, higher ranked ZLA members (and staff) perform much worse actions in the presence of new members, who looks up to them.

Please unban Josh Ruby immediately, or you will regret it.
