Name: Albert Celenza on Nov 12, 2003State: NJCountry: USComments: The cost of medicine in the US is a disgrace and an insult to seniors. Money is spent on advertising directly to the consumer which is a waste. Why does a person have to ask his doctor, a man or woman who spent a portion of their life studying medicine to prescribe a drugFlag

Name: Claudia O'Donnell on Sep 10, 2004State: CACountry: USComments: IT IS CRIMINAL FOR DRUG COMPANIES, AND THE POLITICIANS THEY SUPPORT TO DENY COST SAVINGS TO AMERICANS, WHILE SELLING DRUGS MORE CHEAPLY TO CANADA AND OTHER CUNTRIES. THE PHAMACUETICAL COMPANIES HAVE A FRIEND IN PRESIDENT BUSH, WHILE ORDINARY AMERICANS LOOSE OUT. WHAT A FRAUD THIS MEDICARE GIVEAWAY TO THE PHARMICEUTICAL COMPANIES, WHAT A TRAGEDY FOR US TAX-PAYERS (ie your constiuents).Flag

Name: Lacy Cushing on May 17, 2005State: NYCountry:Comments: I'm a 50 year old diabetic, and lost my health insurance coverage because the premiums went up so much I could no longer afford to pay it. I need insulin and other medications to stay healthy, yet the cost of them is so high I can't afford to pay for it! The cost of medicine in this country is outrageous!! There are thousands of people like me in the same boat. Living in the USA should mean everyone has access to affordable health insurance and prescription drug coverage. Something has got to be done!!Flag
