UMass Dartmouth housing has now changed their policy for the 2007-2008 academic year. They are NO LONGER ALLOWING CO-ED APARTMENTS. The reason is that with the new online room selection process, the program is not allowing co-ed selection as a possibility. It is described on the website: http://www.umassd.edu/housing/life/faq.cfm It is the last question listed under the category Specialty Housing. I am VERY MUCH AGAINST this change. I have been looking forward to a co-ed apartment for two years. So I am starting a petition. Please sign this if you are against this change as well. Also, invite others to sign. Thank you.
