If you have any grievance with United Kingdom Border Agency please join and sign the petition! They lost all my documents and am dragging their feet getting it sorted out! Compensation is one thing but it does not take into account the stress and emotional turmoil and upheaval it creates. Besides the compensation invariably is paid by the taxpayer! Why cant they just do things properly first time round and efficiently?
