All Native Americans must have the right to have thier own Tribe and be publicly able to teach thier culture,history,language and religion to thier children and whom ever wants to learn.It is a communist act to dictate or prevent the native americans everywhere from teaching and being who they are. We hereby speak out and protest the laws the laws that are being put before Congress and all Federal offices that state anything about Native Americans can not have a Tribe or claim that they are Native American unless they are Fedreally recognized or born on a Reservation.
