Name: Anonymous on Dec 29, 2012Comments: Graduate students really only demand one thing, that when considering which acceptance offer to take, that they are being given accurate information with which to make an important choice. If a student is led to believe that certain expenses will be met and they will have a certain amount of income, and university policies change to significantly decrease that income, many students might regret their decision. Let's just be honest with students about what they can expect for their whole course of study. Many of these candidates made sacrifices of careers, rearranged their social lives, and took on loans to pursue these graduate degrees. Let's respect that adult learners have significant obligations and be transparent and consistent about what we can offer them while they're a part of our institutions.Flag
