This petition is to persuade US Club Soccer (USCS) organization to reconsider their ruling on dual carding.

Simply defined, dual carding is the process of issuing two player cards to a player (your child) enabling them to play for two clubs under the USCS banner. USCS currently prohibits families from deciding their child's soccer participation level. While you may never invoke the dual carding option, many of your child's teammates are interested and each family should have the right to decide.
