This is a petition to the Government of Canada to support the Universal Declaration of Animal Welfare. The only way to stop Animal Cruelty is to get the government involved. We need 1,500,000 signatures and then this petition gets sent on to WSPA, who in return will send it to the Canadian Government to show it's people care, and wish to put an end to animal cruelty.
