For too long, the NCAA has stood in the way of a glorious and unique tradition in college football: SC and UCLA both wearing their home jerseys in the annual Victory Bell game. Besides the curmudgeons at the NCAA, who wouldn't love to see the Trojans take the field clad in their cardinal jerseys on December 6th to play the powder blue-clad Bruins?
