   Comments: It would be a great loss to the history of communications if this collection were to be lost to public view. Printing was possibly the catalyst which allowed the modern world to come into being; it was certainly crucially important in its development. It deserves to be accorded appropriate commemoration.

    Comments: The type museum is internationally important. Surely the UK is not so destitute that we cannot find the funding to reopen it?

Without the Type museum, UK will be the only european coutry without a printing museum....
