   Comments: I believe that our water company can do better to manage the water rates. I also beleve in user pay for water and that might mean that some outlying areas would have to pay more for water that the inner city dwellers.

   Comments: This is ridiculous. I pay way too much already. I hear that certain employees are alreay making $75,000.00 a year. that is alot more than I make as a RN. Give me a raise by reducing rates rather than increasing them behind closed doors.
