Dear Twitter, We understand that you must occasionally flag and/or suspend accounts to preserve the integrity of your product. We appreciate this aspect of your business model. However, we ask that you form some kind of remedy for the thousands of users whose accounts have been suspended in error. We wish to continue supporting your brand. However, we will band our resources to support a fee-based competitor if forced to continue waiting indefinitely for a twitter support response or mechanism whereby we may solve this problem.
