Comments: As a national stadium, and having experienced Twickenham station on many occasions, the facilities can only be described as poor at best. Whilst the ground staff try their hardest to keep things moving, the waiting is horrendous and the surroundings depressing, please upgrade the station!

Comments: I do appreciate that it is an urban area, but there really has got to be something that can be done to improve the flow, and speed of the people who are reliant on the trains on match days!

Comments: I recently watched england v france at twickenham with my boyfriend, we left at about 9pm, it took us about an hour to queue for the train and once on the station we were bombarded with both english and french fans who trampled onto the train. Both my boyfriend and I were rammed into people and the post in the middle of the train, I couldn't move. I suffer from crostephobia and had to get off the train, so at the next step pushed my way through all the people to get off, there was so many ppl on that train I almost missed getting off. It was actually a health and safety issue and that amount of ppl shoulld not of been allowed on! This cannot be like this for the world cup! It was ridiculous!!!!!

Comments: Twickenham railway station is a pseudo-communist 1940's style dump and a total embarrassment to any right minded commuter, rugby fan or resident of Twickenham. Lack of additional access points causes terrible bottlenecks and crushing, Twickenham railway station managers are so lucky most rugby fans are good natured and patient, a football crowd at Twickenham station would be a recipe for fatalities and/or a riot. You take these people for granted. Shame on you
