    Comments: If we follow the logic and keep a viable artist from opening a gallery *IN HER OWN COMMUNITY* then we might as well take this to the extreme and make sure Hampden has only one restaurant, one antique store and one useless upscale gifts shop. (Well the latter might not be a bad idea).

    Comments: There is more than one bar,restaurant,art gallery etc. in the neighborhood-why only one tattoo parlor It seems fundamentally unconstitutional to disallow a business because there is another in the neighborhood.
