PETITION TO THE SHERIFFS OF THE COUNTIES OF MERCED, SAN JOAQUIN, STANISLAUS, TULARE, KERN, MADERA, MARIPOSA, TOULOMNE, CALAVARAS, FRESNO AND KINGS

We, the undersigned, want you to turn on the Delta Pumps located in Tracy, California, to replenish the water supply in the San Luis Reservoir and other offline water storage facilities. This is in order to protect the well-being of the people and the health of the economy of the Central San Joaquin Valley, which are both gravely threatened by the refusal of government agencies to perform duties they owe to the people of California, by refusing to allow those pumps to run, thereby withholding water necessary for the health, welfare, and economic stability to the people of the Central San Joaquin Valley.
