AGAINST LRB DECISION ON WIND TURBINES AT LAND S/W OF NEUK FARM, COCKBURNSPATH. We the undersigned wish to lodge a formal complaint against the decision of the Local Review Body on Monday 18th February 2013, in the case of planning application 12/00221/FUL for the erection of two commercial turbines on land south west of Neuk Farm, Cockburnspath.
