I, ___________, do hereby declare that I am a property owner in Seattle, and that I believe that I will benefit from the replacement of the existing viaduct with the deep bore tunnel. I hereby consent and volunteer to be included on the list of Seattle residents who will be given the opportunity to pay for any and all cost overruns in the building of the deep bore tunnel, as designated by the Washington State Legislature in Washington State Senate Bill 5768. Let it be so.
