Every worker in London knows full well that it is possible to find a tasty, caperlicious and unusually filling lunch which will not bugger you for the afternoon.

That sandwich was the tuna niscoise wrap.

Ever since its debut in the 1930s in Bowdon, Cheshire, the tuna niscoise wrap has been gracing the lunch plates of happy workers around the country, shining a slim ray of sunshine on their otherwise pitiful existences.

Pret have removed it without a thought of what we will eat next. The tuna niscoise wrap from Nero? A tasteless joke.
