One of the major reasons The Sims 1 and 2 were more popular and loved than The Sims 3 is that they included all content from an expansion/stuff pack in one purchase, without asking for more money to unlock any features of said pack, whereas The Sims 3 had neighborhoods and other features locked away, asking for more money to unlock them. In order to make The Sims 4 as highly regarded and memorable as The Sims and The Sims 2, give us all content within each expansion/stuff pack, and not in further transactions.
