The Total Recall SQL web module is the front door and primary interface with our clients. Security and functionality are important and need to be kept up to date with current technologies. The web interface should be a sales tool not a deterrent. We therefore request that enhancements are made to the Web Module which allows for easier and secure management of user accounts along with enhancements to the online reporting and general feel and navigation of the portal to bring it up to date with the current technologies of similar online services.
