We the customers of MSM Inc., and LADWP demand that LADWP assumes full financial responsiility in paying the cost for fire damage, and loss to Money Savers Meats business operation because of transformer explosion, leading to severe electrical fire to the building; further leaving residual energy within the electrical system; later igniting a second felectrical fire within the MSM Inc.,establishment.

MSM Inc., inclusive of the entire "south Los Angeles" community remain in the crosshairs for lack of service, also underservicing. Notwithholding we are yet grossly overcharged.
