We, the undersigned members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Jackson, Michigan request the immediate assistance of the District Office. Our continued differences with the Pastor and our Executive Leadership has reached a point, that if, not addressed promptly, Our Congregation, Church Ministry and School will be compromised.
We hereby request that the District intervene to help us properly address these persistent and continued problems especially with our Pastor Doug Krengel, so that our Mission and Ministry to share the Good News of Jesus Christ to those within our congregation, our school and beyond may continue, and begin to thrive.
We ask that this be done immediately and prayerfully with full knowledge of the Pastor, the Executive Leadership, The School Staff and the Members of our congregation.
Respectfully the undersigned members of Trinity Lutheran Church, Jackson, Michigan;
The weight of these past few weeks has been crushing for our church family but reading your messages confirms that we are not alone in this struggle. I have been spending my nights talking with members who are hurting and I am working to ensure those conversations reach the District office where they belong. We are determined to find a path that protects our school and restores the peace we all desperately need.

The outpouring of support from our brothers and sisters shows that I am not alone in this struggle for our church home. Seeing so many of us united in this plea gives me hope that our mission will finally be protected.

Pastor Doug needs to go or at least change his attitude. It is not healthy for the school staff or the kids anymore.

Things have been tense for way too long. We need some outside help to fix this before the church falls apart completely.
