    Comments: I don't understand why someone who shot some one would be let out of jail, for any reason His family allocated funds for him and that he was released into a Mental Institution, I feel it is too easy for people to say they were Mentally distrubed. And get out of jail. I feel this person, should never be let out, and he should never be able to see his son again. This person is dangerious.
