From what I have witnessed The Door, the only other all ages club in Deep Ellum, has very little trouble with kids vandalizing or causing other trouble. I live across the street from it and feel safer there than almost any where else in the area. Trees has been a staple in the Deep Ellum community and would be a great addition to bring a bit of life back to the struggling area.
