There are many places for a treatment facility that do not put the clients in direct contact with families with children. The fact that this was done without public knowledge proves that you know it is dangerous and you were trying to be sneaky. This needs to be changed immediately! |

Is the state willing to carry the liability should one of these "residents" harm a child or family living nearby? There has got to be a better way to protect the public and keep these people in treatment than to put them in family-oriented neighborhoods. Put them in a warehouse district or industrial area! |
