I am Sridevi from Chennai. I have completed my Ph.D. in the year 2002 and went for a private teaching job in a college in Chennai. Since my second daughter is too small, I could not continue my job. I am trying for Lecturer and Assistant Professor job in Botany in TRB for the past three years. They are not responding properly and giving marks for Ph.D., Experience and Interview to avoid the candidates. Actually the government is not ready to give jobs for the candidates but wasting time asking for experience certificate etc. to give marks and to fill the position. I am married and have two daughters, I finished my Ph.D. before 9 years but right now I am a house wife. Why dont the TRB give job for people who are suffering without job instead of giving job to the people who are already working in some institution. They are killing us in the name of interview.
