We are calling on congress to put into law and make freight brokering more transparent to the transportation industry. To give back the open and honest way of doing business. to stop all dishonest gauging. Freight brokers should be held accountable to make a reasonable commission, and to put in place heavy fines to insure the integrity of our industry. this would insure safer Interstate highways and other public roadways. Independents and owner operators as well as small trucking fleets would operate with a more profitable leveling field which translate Safer hwy's and lives being saved.

1. 12% up to $1,000,
2. 10% up to 3,000
3. 8% up $ 6,000
4. 06% over 6,000
5. 100% of fsc be paid to the carrier
6. 100% of all accessorials, (tarping, detention, etc.)
7. transparency on all paperwork pertaining to the load.
8. If a broker drops a load after carrier has moved the truck, or at least one hr after booking the load, broker should compensate the carrier 10% of the cost for fuel for wasted miles.
