This petition is meant to confirm the unjustness of Gintoki Sakata's actions in testing and show administration his lacking in education skills. The event in question exemplifying all of these features of his personality is his biology pop quiz that tested students on nonexistent material. The test questions were not only crude and immature, but terribly inaccurate in their facts. In the end, his test turned out to be a test of the student's work effort. If a student was "valiant" enough to give up, then they were rewarded with a passing grade. Students, however, who tried their hardest and attempted the test were failed, to their dismay. This method encourages a wrong behavior from teenagers as well as crushing self esteem. In the point of the opponent, there is reason to this unique way. Students should be at a point where they understand that they have much to learn and that adults aren't always trustworthy. I suggest, though, a better and more sympathetic approach. In my own classroom, I would implement a test that included material above college level. Likely very few students would be able to actually pass. They will pass if they admit they did not fully comprehend the test. The focus is on the admittance and the realization that there is so much knowledge available in this world to us. This encourages students more so than a nonsense ramble on feces. Not only did the instructor administrate a less than appropriate test and insult students personally, he directly ignored them. Some students may have passed this test, but he deemed only two to have done so without even seeing the rest of his class. Clearly, this presents the issue that he may be lazy as well as having favoritism and grading students based on personal preferences. This is not a problem that can slip by the authority of our school. I employ you to look more into it and truly check into who has been hired to teach the next generation. Is this the man you want to determine what happens to the world in the future? Surely, he cannot escape completely unscathed and this trauma students have suffered due to him must result in some form of punishment for him. Please, we cannot simply allow this to go ignored.
