    Comments: I live in Montebello ,CA 90640 and I hear the train go by at every least hour. The train blows it's horn upto nine times when crossing at all hours of the day or night, despite having the cross arms and glashing lights. The amount of noise over the last 20 years has left me to use ears plugs at night and makes phone calls a chore. I know all the angry people in my community that want less horn blowing. I applaud your petition and would like to start one of my own here. Air pollution has damaging effects and private corporations have no right to make me tone deaf. Thank you and I appreciate your research!

    Comments: I live 300 ft from a rail crossing and the trains have no respect in the residential areas.I feel the person who is blowing the horn has the intent to harm by blowing so loudly.I am glad you took the time to research the available resources to silence the trains.
