Trafford council are trying to implement a new pay structure under the name of PARIS. Many people within Trafford Council have just recieved a new pay structure and terms and conditions which means that thousands of people will lose money from their wages. Others will have to work an extra 4 hours per week on top of their normal hours, plus an extra 239.25 hours within school holidays with no extra pay. Hundreds of people are affected by this, which could cause people to leave their jobs. Those affected mostly are the ones with young families who will have to pay for extra child care and travel with no increase in salary for the extra hours. Most people who work within S.E.N. will lose their S.E.N. allowances of upto thousands of pounds. My understanding is that the government want families to spend quality time together as so many are collapsing. This is just making it harder for us all.
