Comments: The pots are a traffic hazard. I can document several near accidents and one pot was knocked over. Where is snow going to go and with snow and ice, the dangers are increased. Please listen to the public and get rid of the pots before someone gets killed or injured.

Comments: Making left or even right turns from Owl's Nest or Twaddell Mill are almost impossible and DANGEROUS! I am totally in favor of a traffic light at that intersection.

Comments: At least two lights are needed. They can be trip actuated so stay green when no cross traffic.

Comments: During the evening and moring rush hours a traffic light is needed at the intersection in question. I am not in favor of lights in general, but in this case it does seem like a more sensible solution than making the road less passable with the use of obstacles.

Comments: My husband and I concur - safety concerns mean that a traffic light would be helpful, and those pots that restrict turning should be relocated to a safer spot.

Comments: Running is a safety hazard. Just look at the pots that are already damaged. I would hate to be a runner caught in between those pots and a car! Pots do not slow traffic, are unsightly and are a hazard to runners.

Comments: Access to route 52 from Owls Nest Rd. is dangerous as it now stands. A light would improve safety. The curb-out barriers at unsightly and dangerous.

Comments: I find the flower pots, curbing and reflectors to be unsightly and am afraid they will cause more problems than they will solve. I favor a traffice light if it means the removal of the flower pots.

Comments: These are dangerous and detract from the village. Have you tried to sit in your car inching out from a road and must get well into the bike path before you can see right or left And it's not possible for another car to turn into where you are. Yesterday a car went off the road on the right into a rail fence trying to avoid those center islands. I hope no one was hurt.

Comments: I support the installation of a traffic light at the referenced intersection. If DELDOT has a "not warrented" issue with this approach, then consider making it a 4-way stop (less expensive but just as effective). A good working example of this (traffic calming) is the intersection of DE100 and DE92 behind Winterthur. WLD

Comments: Our family lives off Owl's Nest Rd. and we use the Owl's Nest/52 intersection daily. It's impossible. The traffic calming pots do not slow traffic adequately to safely enter the traffic flow.
