As you know, Woodmont Orchards and the wooded area along Hovey Road are in the process of being developed. This future development as well as exit 4A WEST, if it is built, have great potential to significantly increase traffic and noise within our neighborhoods. Unfortunately, the study areas of the Traffic Impact Assessment DID NOT include surrounding neighborhoods, like Wedgewood Drive. Tell the Planning Board to consider the potential traffic and noise impact to nearby residential streets and to preserve and protect our quiet established neighborhoods!
