The current setting of the green lights for Junction Bowes Road and North Circular Road N11 has been set at exaggeratedly too short lapse-time. This has been creating buildup of traffic jams at all the time. This is to the disgust of the usual motorists the local residents. We all lose a lot of time and suffer abject pollution. Besides TFL should also understand that the heavy load of traffic going through NCR, A406 with countless HGV vehicles all tend to block the Junction hence even the short lapse time get wasted as the box-junction stays blocked. A SOLUTION IS NEEDED URGENTLY.
