We, the undersigned, request your consideration in bringing Trader Joe's to the Greater Tampa Bay area, which includes the cities of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

Trader Joe's, a neighborhood grocery store with a national presence, has been well known for their high quality products and value pricing since 1967. The Greater Tampa Bay area has long been a popular destination for retirees, "snow-birds", and more recently, has attracted families and professionals from around North America, Europe and many other parts of the world. Among these groups, there are a great many that are already familiar with the Trader Joe's brand. Based on this premise, as well as the demographics and current shopping alternatives of the region, we believe that there is more than sufficient demand to support Trader Joe's store(s) in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
