   Comments: I live two blocks from this intersection and would be so thrilled to have a TJs there. There is a huge need for a grocery store on this side of the hill. The nearest grocery store is 17 blocks away-- too far to walk, and therefore much more inconvenient, especially when I have my two children in tow. There is a huge demand from the existing residents of the area, and with new large condominium developments about to open across from this site, the demand will be even greater. Thank you for considering 3rd & H NE in DC!

    Comments: we love trader joe's but rarely go b/c we have to drive into Alexandria, Va to get there. if we had a trader joe's in our neighborhood it would be our primary grocery store!!! the only thing stopping us from doing such right now is the commute to get to your closest store.

    Comments: THe Capitol Hill Neighborhood would be a wonderful place for a trader joe's. Most people have to trek to Virginia to go, We don't shop at Trader Joe's because they are not conveniently located and we don't want to drive out to Va to grocery shop, but one in our neighborhood would certainly give us reason to go.
