    Comments: Bottom line the staffing requirements to pull such a change would swallow any profits the government might be looking at - IN FACT the staffing increases would put AZ into the red do to all the audits. This is NOT a good approach in the slightest. I moved AWAY from California because of this type of mentality in government financial operations. I have an MBA in Finance!
