Recent updates to the building have been made rapidly by the board, with no effort to solicit approval from unit owners. A current example of this includes the changes to the lobby decor. Communications received from a board member on the topic of the lobby changes make it very clear that there is a strong unwillingness to consider the views of unit owners. 

If you find issue with the lack of communication from the board, and the fact that unit owners do not have a vote in material changes that impact our collective property value, please sign this petition to encourage the board to put in place a formal process by which all unit owners are provided with fair notice of material changes, and that requires a majority vote in order to proceed with changes that will affect all residents of the building.
