As residents located in the immediate proximity of 430 E Grand Ave, commonly known as " Total Baseball", We the undersigned petition the El Segundo City Council to initiate a cease and desist order, modification or revocation of the  conditional use permit in regards to said business" Total Baseball" for the following reasons: 1. Parking- This business does not provide any parking for its patrons and is using the parking on the side street known as Sheldon and continuing east on Grand Ave during prime hours such as when residents are returning home from work and on the weekends . They have converted there parking into useable area and provide none of there own.Patrons continuously park in the red zone and in front of the fire hydrant obstructing a clear view of the street. This presents a safety hazard.
 2. Noise- The constant pinging of metal bats, wooden bats, and human voices that come from the building 7 days a week  disturbs the peace, quiet and comfort of our neighborhood and lives. We the undersigned feel this business is NOT in the best interest of the people of El Segundo at its current location.       PLEASE ENTER YOUR ADDRESS IN THE COMMENT SECTION.
