dee | tindale | I work for the nhs and have to pay to park which I think is very wrong, but to make patients who use our services at time when they are stressed worried anxious and under duress is exceptionally wrong
Robert | Dennish | It is outrageous that hospitals charge for parking. With the Goivernment continuing to close local and district hospitals many patients have to travel long distances where the car is the only possible option. I am a "League of friends" volunteer driver and some, but not all, hospitals in our area also charge us for parking!

Anonymous | Anonymous | This is one of the most unfair of stealth taxes, affecting people in their our of need. What happened to the "free at the point of delivery" principle?

Simon | Butler | Prescription tax must also be scrapped for the same reasons. While Scotland & Wales have both decided to scrap this tax on sickness; it is a disgrace, both morally & politically indefensible that England is not only keeping it, but increasing it! Scrap it, & replace it with higher rates of income tax for high earners.
John | Smith | Its a disgrase, my local hospital is a rip off!
Victoria | Edge | This charge is exploitative and should play no part in a compassionate society.

sarah | sidebotham | Its awful the fact that we have to pay to park in hospitals especially the charges that they are. You could be there for an hour you could be there all day but its still one set price. And what if you have a very sick family member which you go to see every night the amount of money you would have to put into these machines just to visit someone is astonishing
John | Burley | It is about time that all of the "benefits" and concessions allowed by this government to the Scottish and Welch Assemblies were either abolished or allowed to apply to the population of the rest of the U.K.
