My 24 year old son was tortured, beaten while double=shackled, threatened for his life and given 18 dr's and sent to Florida State Prison where he has been in the most restricted environment possible because he was told by the officers there that they were going to give him as many disciplinary reviews as possible. I recently drafted a Writ of Habeas Corpus for him and Affadavit for his release that he says he got back denied. We are not allowed to visit him, talk to him on the phone, only letters which may not get to him in time to be able to send to the Supreme Court. My son has Severe Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD and given disability before all this happened. He has a little girl who desperately needs her father! He has a loving Mother and wife and we have all gone through hell right with him. Please help us to get him released before he goes insane! Thank you! We do not have the money to hire an attorney and the ones he has had previously, very well paid: sold him out and were ineffective counsel. Please help us save him!
