The US Immigration office is attempting to unlawfully deport my father in law Luis O. Torres. They are allowed to make decisions and not have to give reason why due to the new Homeland Security Laws. The decision that was made was based on wrongful information, and the US immigration office considers him deportable. Luis\' application to stay in the USA has been denied, and the US immigration office wants him to return to Brazil. Luis\' wife of 25 years is a US citizen, His son is a permanent resident, myself and his 2 grandchildren are both US citizens. Please support us in our efforts to collect signatures to support Luis\' stay with us in the USA. A place that has been his home for over 20 years.
