The conditions at the Toronto Jail have to change before any more inmates get hurt or killed. These men are just awaiting trial or sentencing and need to be in decent enviroment as they are under alot of stress being in these unfortunate circumstances. Three people is a cell and one person sleeping on the floor is inhumane and something needs to be done about. I want to do something about. Please help me.
