Name: Anonymous on Apr 25, 2008Comments: This limitation on such an obviously useful animal is absurd. Recently, Mr McGuinty passed a loa that allowed people to actually hang their clothes out to dry, saving lots of energy. Allowing people a limited number of chickens should also be allowed. No one says you need dozens...just a few to keep you in a supply of fresh eggs. I'm with Toronto Chickens on this one.Flag

My parents were a little shocked, but we raised them until they were almost grown up, at which point we gave them away. They gave us very little trouble and they were indeed a great deal of fun to keep.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Apr 30, 2008Comments: It is a great idea to have chickens in our backyards. However, individuals who are contemplating raising chickens must prove that they can show responsibility over them ; make sure that chickens are taken care of in a humane fashion; not neglected or ill treated.Flag
