Toronto Parks should remove toxic recycled play surfaces from its parks NOW.
Studies are showing the negative effects on children's health when exposed to the off gases, heat reflection and skin burns when playing on toxic recycled rubber.
This includes crumb rubber and pour-in-place installations.
our child's parks are not garbage dumps!
